We will accept the return of any ring for any reason within 30 days of receipt in unworn and re-sellable condition. All returns must be received with original packaging and documentation. Please contact us for an RMA prior returning your ring. Packages received without and RMA number will be returned back to you. Items received without original packaging, documentation, or in non-sellable condition will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Rings may also be returned for resizing within 30 days of receipt in unworn and re-sellable condition. We can also refinish or otherwise repair a ring in worn condition or sometimes stretch a ring to a slightly larger size. The minimum cost on refinishing is $25. Please call for an accurate quote which will depend on the exact nature of the repair.
